Silver Liberation Army Update: silver closed the week at 39.27. highest weekly close since may 1st flash crash. Trend: NEUTRAL. possibly a 39.50 breakout and fly to the moon. failure = back to 38 39 battlefield. US dollar or EU crisis will change everything.
